A gorgeous, emotive flashback toon here mah love (FAPS!).

Adore Stan in his police uniform with his bloody gorgeous face man-paining away in the bottom corner.  I reckon yer getting quite daring with yer drawing compositions these days me old Lob (FAPS to the power of infinity!) and naturally I am all over the results like an uncomfortable rash. 

Oh mah gorgeous old Stanley with his adam’s apple and his down-turned woobie mouth and his delicious forehead wrinkles and his sexy-as-all-fuck widow’s peak…  The whole gang back together again.  Nnnnnnnnnnngggggggggg forever.  *dead*

And then come the baby Barath’s…  OMG the cute.

Little Stan has freckles.  Freckles freckles freckles.  Lalala.  I may be ever-so-slightly obsessed with anything concerning Stannis/Dillane/Stanley having freckles.  In any location.  Ahem. 

Arrrrgggghhhh, Stan’s little (freckly) face staring down through the convenient/inconvenient ceiling gap is so shocked.  Mah heart.  Love how yer’ve drawn kid-Stanley’s hair too. 

Also:  Perfick bb!King Bob rendering is perfick.  Amazing Baratheon jumper and resentful, malevolent facial expression.  I know for a fact that yer’ll hate me for this, but I did have quite a lot of bb!King Bob feels while writing this flashback.  Mainly because I had it in my head that this was the one incident that made Bob actually hate Stanley and lead to all that comes after.  But before they overhear their father’s coversation and it enters Bob’s head that Stan might be a threat to him in any way, I think young Bob might actually have sort of almost kinda loved his little brother.  He was instinctively worried and protective of him during the climb up to the attic.  It’s only after they hear their father talking that Bob turns off that part of himself for good and becomes the utter wankshaft that we all know and despise. 

That said, he’s still an utter eff-star-star-cunt.  But, yer know, everyone in Kingsdown verse is a bit nicer than their ASOIAF counter parts.  Cos I’m obviously just a great big sap really…   : P

Anyhey, sorry bout all that off-topic spraff. 

Back to the utter glory that is yer drawing. 

It’s just brilliant and immense my dearest Cleany.  Love the boxes and beams and spidery details of the attic.  Love the poses both lads are in, and the way that King Bob is glaring at our Stan.  Dead atmospheric, my Lob. 

You remain a toon-ing legend, my cleanest of clean Lobsters.
